Physical Condition & Experience Requirements
Everest Three Passes Trek is a difficult trek. Trekkers have to walk a minimum of 5-6 hours daily with 8-9 hours required on certain days. This should be relatively easier for those who have experience walking/trekking in a high altitude environment. Past hiking experience would be an asset but no technical skill is required for this trip. Activities such as jogging and regular exercise for couple of months before this trek would be beneficial for the physical fitness required for these kinds of treks.
